The Joint Commission Consulting – Survey-Readiness Program The On-going Survey Readiness program was developed from Rachelle’s extensive first-hand regulatory and survey experience. Clients lovingly refer to her as the “survey-whisperer”. This unique 4-step methodology prepares organizations at every level for tri-annual surveys, and more importantly, it teaches organizations how to carry the methodology forward, well after Rachelle’s departure. Our process doesn’t stop at the board room—in fact, that’s just the beginning. Employee Engagement Program – Gain insight into the health of your organization through employee engagement surveys designed to create meaningful employee engagement and real change. Interview-Based 360 Review We all have blind spots and areas of leadership we can improve upon. (Yes, even you). One of the most effective ways to gain an understanding of these blind spots is through a 360-degree review, which offers benefits traditional computer-based reviews lack. Rachelle has developed a unique 360-degree review that allows her to assess an individual or team’s performance and identify opportunities for improvement using an interview-based approach. Rachelle has a true appreciation of what it’s like to be on the receiving end of a 360-degree review. She understands that it can leave one feeling exposed and vulnerable, so she approaches the work with a high level of sensitivity, compassion and confidentiality. This review is a stand-alone process not all clients will go through.
Change is tough, but it doesn't have to be! Rachelle offers Accelerated On-Boarding Programs which combine coaching and mentoring to facilitate on-boarding and ease stressful transitions for new hires and rising leaders.
These programs typically last 3–6 months and focus on new leaders, as well as leaders transitioning to a higher level of responsibility. And because Rachelle understands that one size does not fit all, each engagement is built according to the unique needs of the individual and the goals of the organization.
