Rachelle holds a Master of Business Administration from Baker University as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from Creighton University. She received her Executive Coaching Certification through The University of Texas at Dallas. Rachelle is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC).
